We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, an exchange, or a gift voucher to the value of the original purchase if the item fits the criteria for refund under the Sale of goods and supply of Services Act 1980.

The returned item must be in the condition that you received it; ie. unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please also supply the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, please ship the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the cost of returning the goods is at the customer’s charge, unless the item received proves to be an error, faulty or defective.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please obtain a Certificate of Postage.


Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), or earrings.


In case of the wrong item being sent out, contact us to request an exchange and please return the item originally received, immediately. The cost involved in returning the items will be refunded to you and replacement items sent at our own cost.


If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us so we can assist you in the process. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.


You will be notified upon receipt of your returned item.

Following inspection, you will be informed of whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and clear the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
